Our approach to AI is built on curiosity, truth-seeking and delivering proven value as it becomes a core part of how we solve, shape and lead for our clients today. We have three core precepts that guide us in our use of AI.
Strategic advisory and marketing services—from GTM science to creative expression and in-market activation—are fundamentally built on delivering clients unvarnished insights, actionable truth, breakthrough experiences and differentiated outcomes that drive business success. AI can enhance our research capabilities, expand access to best-practice frameworks, accelerate productivity and play a supporting role in planning, creative ideation and content development.
But over-reliance on AI poses significant risks: undifferentiated ”one-size-fits-all” solutions, unvalidated information, and the loss of human innovation essential for inventing and delivering solutions to unique client challenges. When used uncritically, AI propels mediocrity.
Our responsibility to our clients and ourselves requires us to push further. We must drive divergent distinction. The magic, insight and true competitive differentiation come from humanity. We use AI to remove the rote, the repetitive and the routine from our workflows. It is an input and a tool, not a machine for production. Marketbridge integrates AI processes and tools to amplify our ability to create enduring growth for our clients while keeping our human talent in the driver’s seat. Large amounts of proprietary information provide a greater corporate advantage than ever, with the search and distillation capabilities of LLMs to unlock their value. While AI may take on some of the grunt work, it does not take on any of the responsibility. AI is shaped by the values of its creators and users and can intensify those values at scale.
The relationships and trust we build with our clients are our greatest asset. We disclose where and how AI contributes to our work, and we share our sources and validate all citations. We guarantee that all AI methods are uniquely tailored to each client’s specific industry, market position and business objectives. We respect copyright and will not employ AI to infringe on the rights of creators. We will jealously guard our clients’ IP like our own to prevent it from being used inappropriately or by malicious actors.
