As Managing Director, People & Integration, Tony leads the strategic integration of acquired firms, ensuring seamless alignment with Marketbridge culture, processes, and business objectives. He works closely with the CEO and senior leaders to ensure that acquisitions enhance and contribute to the organization’s long-term success while strengthening our people-first culture.

Tony also serves as the executive champion for the People function, guiding high-impact talent initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
