As Marketbridge’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Gülüm spearheads our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

She focuses on setting our organizational and operational strategies to achieve ambitious growth objectives and drives alignment and synergies across current and newly acquired businesses. In addition, Gülüm leads our people function to ensure we have the programs and the collective culture to recruit, develop and retain high-performance teams. Gülüm spent more than 20 years with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Partner, working with clients on large transformations, post-merger integrations and change management initiatives and in senior management roles, including leading global operations for the firm’s Industrial Goods Practice Area.
